Why we exist

Smiths Talent Agency was born from a simple frustration: too many collaborations between brands and creators in Nigeria fall apart over unclear deals, mismatched expectations and campaigns nobody properly managed.

Our founder, Alexis Nnaji, spent years watching talented creators sign agreements they did not fully understand, and brands burn budgets on campaigns that were never planned with care. As a lawyer and a talent manager, she saw the same problem from both sides of the table, and she knew there was a better way to work.

So we built the agency we wished existed. One that writes deals people can actually understand. One that plans the strategy and supplies the creators, so nothing gets lost in between. One that knows Nigerian audiences, because we are Nigerian audiences.

We started with our first creator, Lordyemisi, and we are growing a roster of creators who take their craft seriously. For brands, we are the partner that makes influencer marketing simple and safe. For creators, we are the team that protects your interests while your career grows.
